Mr Francis Bretnacher has been Managing Director of Kouros SA in Luxembourg since May 2022.

Mister Bretnacher has built an extensive international energy business experience. First with Gaz de France, through various positions in transmission, storage, international gas supply and trading. Later through marketing and M&A in Exploration & Production, then as Managing Director of a gas Transmission System Operator in Austria and finally as Managing Director of ENGIE LNG business in Luxembourg.

Before joining Kouros SA, Francis Bretnacher was assessing investments and investors in the energy sector for the European Investment Bank.

Francis Bretchaner holds an MBA from ESCP-EAP (Paris), a Degree in Engineering from Mines de Nancy and a Management Degree from Clark University (MA-USA).
